The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa

"The property was beautiful situated right on the beach with amazing views. Heidy was an excellent waitress; the best we had at Sugarfin. We enjoyed all the food on the property as well. Even our room service breakfast was good!The beach could use more servers or more attentive ones. My husband often had to find someone to order beverages while on the beach. Housekeeping neglected to clean our room the last day after we put in a request. On the days they did clean it was a slack job. I found a press on nail that I loss two days earlier in the bathtub which says a lot about the thoroughness of cleaning. The staff in the coffee shop wasn’t friendly at all. I didn’t like my matcha one day and the young lady snaps at me saying, “I put 4 pumps in it, what do you want?”. Very rude and not hospitable. In contrast, most of the staff on the property were great, kind and accommodating. Javon Edwards upgraded our room because it was my birthday and our resort view was the parking lot! The ocean view room MADE our stay so I’m very grateful to him for his kindness!"

"Everything about this Hotel was top notch, from the food to the view. Housekeeping made sure to keep everything clean and organized for us every time we left to go out. The restaurant was amazing and the staff was an overall 10/10. Everything about this hotel is a must if you are going to be staying in St. Thomas, you will not regret at all. (They even have a very friendly cat named "Midnight" that is very adorable and has been on the resort for 7 years now they said so make sure to treat him very well when you visit this gem!"

"Great stay and loved the property. Very secluded and private. The pool was the highlight for the kids! Like listing says, the bottom floor is totally separate with its own entrance (no inside stairs to upstairs). Amy and Tarcia were excellent hosts and very responsive with anything we needed."

"Gorgeous cliffside villa with lots of rooms that have our group of 6 adults and one infant plenty of choices. The view is incredible..the villa left nothing to be desired. Hot tub and pool fabulous and sparkling. One of the cutest rooms is the tiny main floor powder room! A/C and fans in every room were great. Lots of spices and kitchen staples provided (including coffee). Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, pool rafts and inflatables for infants were all there! Wonderful communication.Driving is a bit challenging in the beginning (like the road to Hana), but fortunately we had a couple drivers in our group who aced it. You are really close (6 min drive to beautiful Magens Bay Beach. Highly recommend!"

"Pool was beautiful, bedrooms were clean and incredible views. Kitchen was really nice and had everything you’d need. House is in a gated property very safe and easy to get to. No complaints I would stay again the price compared to the property is a great deal."

"We our 3 families with a total of 9 people staying in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and comfortable to gather in the main living area together. The accommodations were perfect. We decided to take advantage of the concierge service to go ahead and have groceries delivered to the house before we arrived which i highly suggest doing! Everything was put away and organized neatly upon our arrival. We all agreed during multiple conversations that having that service was invaluable and super convenient. The beds were nice and a little more on the firm side but we slept great in them. The only thing I was slightly surprised with was the size of the pool. In the pictures it looks much larger than it actually was, but it was perfect for just hanging out and cooling off. Would definitely recommend the stay at this location."
