"Room 203 was above the hotel lobby and faced the street. I could hear loud talking from the lobby. I could hear cars, motorcycles, and trucks driving on the street . I could not sleep. I asked for a different room away from the street and hotel lobby. But, the two women behind the front desk in the lobby didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. So, it was very difficult to get a different room. "

Our hostel was located only a few blocks away from Cusco's Plaza de Armas but it was all up hill. It was worth it though for the incredible views the hostel offered of the city! On this morning we were up early for a day tour and enjoyed our breakfast on the small outdoor patio overlooking the city. #UrbanJungle

"The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night."
