"We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. "Fantastic location on Orient Beach. The room i selected for my daughter and I was nothing luxurious but clean, welcoming, and convenient. And use the car service they suggest. "The resort is nice. My main complaint was majority of the staff. Specifically wait staff, bartenders and waitresses. Upon arriving, we were checked in by a nice young lady but other than her, most staff was rude and not accommodating. Some of the resort is a bit dated, our air conditioner leaked water and the sink drained very slow. The food is ok, best service was from the Italian restaurant, all other serves seemed to not want to be bothered."

"I really enjoyed my stay overall; and I felt like the room was super clean upon arrival. The last day I woke up early to use the bathroom and went to make coffee. With the lights low, I discovered roaches in the kitchen. I was already checking out that morning, so I did not request to move rooms, as I just packed up my stuff and kept it on the luggage rack. This was the only highly disappointing aspect of my stay, and it would deter me from booking here again. The staff and amenities were exceptional, but I cannot look past this part of my stay."
