Even though our stay was short the hotel overall was amazing!! The staff was pleasant and our room was more than what we expected!! We would recommend this hotel to all of our family members and friends!!

Great friendly staff and great location

Our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a partial ocean view room. Our room with two double beds was spacious and comfortable, and the large balcony offered stunning views of the beach and spectacular Waikiki sunsets. It was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The hotel amenities were exceptional. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing each guest with two reusable stainless steel water bottles, with refill stations conveniently located on every floor. The direct beach access and fantastic pool facilities made this the perfect family holiday. The pool slides were a huge hit with the kids, and we spent most of our days happily moving between the pool and the beach—it couldn’t have been more convenient or enjoyable. Everything about our stay was outstanding. The resort delivered everything we had hoped for and so much more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Sheraton Waikiki Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable Waikiki vacation.

Amazing property

We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. We enjoyed the coffee bar on our floor, and the use of the bicycles. The pink bicycles were adorable. Overall, the service was subpar. Almost every interaction with hotel staff, with the exception of the restaurant, was unwelcoming or unfriendly. When I asked for an early check in, they asked for my phone number and I was told I would receive a call. I did not receive any call. When I checked in, I mentioned this. They did not apologize. When requesting towels, the service was quite slow. The pool area was also subpar with an unsightly under construction area as the first view of the pool area. Service staff at the coffee shop consisted of only one barista. She appeared overwhelmed and greeted us without looking at us. Lastly, we asked for our car in advance and was told it would be waiting off to the side ready to go. 15 minutes later, the car was not waiting for us.
