"Wonderful old historic hotel! Being tweaked with a few updates. Beautiful lobby, the dining area was busy and attractively furnished. We had dinner there, totally outstanding service (Benjamin) and delicious food. Our room was a bargain for what we paid, old world charm and class, and spotless. Very comfortable in every way. I wanted to be like Eloise and just live there for awhile. Easy walk to the Strong Museum of Play, my reason for going to Rochester. "

"Good, central location. Communicating with host was easy. Any issues were addressed immediately. A very pleasant stay."

"Room was clean. The rooms are not sound proof but with a fan app it was totally fine. "

"The property owner was excellent with communicating with me when I had any questions. The house was very clean and charming. I did want to mention that I noticed that the closet door in the bedroom with the king sized bed was off of its track. It was like that when I got there. I have a put the picture below. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Fantastic space, in a great neighborhood that is close to everything! We came for the Fringe Festival and it was a perfect crash sight between shows! "

"I was visiting from out of town and wanted a local experience with options for restaurants and activities. We were there at the perfect time with events happening at the Public Market on Friday night and getting the chance to attend the market on Saturday before we checked out. Highly recommend this space. All of the tools for cooking meals and having a wonderful time! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful! "
