"The room was clean, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient! The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t available (and my understanding is that it hasn’t been available for some time) while the ad did say it was available and it was one of the reasons why we selected this property over other comparable properties that didn’t offer a pool/hot tub. We still enjoyed the stay and the location was great, thank you."

"This hotel is nicely updated and I loved the outdoor pool, open in the winter. We now would not stay in any other hotel in Whistler. I also noticed the way staff interacted with one another. You could tell that they had good working relationships. The managers were good-natured, respectful and caring to staff. I also saw them go out of their way themselves to help guests with wayfinding and understanding English. The conduct of the management team says a lot about a business. Highly recommend."
