Main Street Square

Stayed here in Rapid City for a week while a family member had a medical procedure. Check in was easy and proce matched online booking. No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. Room was clean, quiet, everything worked(fridge, hair dryer, coffee...) all floors were clean and property well maintained. Pool and hot tub worked well and clean. Breakfast: yummy and lots of selections. Parking: free, clean and safe Location: close to mall, shopping, food and safe as well. Staff: friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating. Will stay again!

Hotel was fine for purpose of stay, but looks like it could do with some modernisation as fittings showing their age. Room was clean however. Breakfast had little choice in offerings, not much room to sit down as fully occupied. Decided to eat elsewhere.

Excellent. Only complaint would be the fitness center should have some kettleballs and balance balls.
