"There were little things a maintenance person should do. Like at least yearly cleaning the vents. Replacing light bulbs. Fixing missing trim. Corners in the elevator were gross but the rest was cleaned. Was very happy the suna was nice. Cookies are nice. Bed was clean and comfortable."

"Wow - I loved staying in this house! The house was immaculately clean, in a wonderful location in Rapid City. The photos are spot on the house looks just like them inside and out. Beyond this were the little touches - plastic containers and baggies for storing leftovers. Plastic plates and cups for little ones. Soft towels (makeup wash clothes) and comfortable bedding. A great selection of shampoo. The house is a similar size to the house we live in and gave some design inspiration for how to better use our space. The kitchen was a perfect size and the best part was the gas stove and hot water. The two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning a breeze, one for showering and the other for getting ready. The house was just perfect for our family of four."

The location was great with many stores and restaurants nearby as well as close to the highway making it quick to head to our daily destinations. The breakfast was lacking a bit but enough to grab a quick bite, some coffee, and head off for the day."

"A bit dated but clean. Beds are harder than most, but for a couple nights it was fine. A/C was a bit loud made of hard to sleep. Outdoor pool was clean. Breakfast is basic: cereal, bagels, toast, premade breakfast sandwiches. That was fine for us. Only thing that was strange was that the day after we arrived and went out for the day, upon our return, we realized our room was tidied up. Not a big deal but after one night is not the norm I’ve experienced at other hotels."
