"They do it right at Hotel Ursa. From service to Artwork, it was a great experience. My only critique is to remove the loose runner carpets in the hall. Someone could trip and wheelchair gets stuck. And find a better place to store the luggage carts. Wheelchair can't get around them when using elevator. "

"Friendly staff and very dog friendly. A one-night stay was all we needed so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities, but the breakfast was fantastic with an ample array of hot and cold meals."
