"Great location, right next to Kitigawa station. Family mart next door and tons of restaurants in close proximity. Room was comfortable and the hotel had a fancy vibe. Restaurant in the hotel was not great, but good if you're in a pinch"

"The hotel is a lovely place to stay with very good shopping course by and then a simple walk to Dotonbori. Great new room great view from 27th floor fascinating gourmet menu at one restaurant and other choices available staff polite and professional good size room ensuring new and clean quiet immediate area. The breakfast was good and varied but not inspiring. "

"4.5 stars This hotel is in the Minami area. It’s close to restaurants and stores. The Dotonbori district is within walking distance. I accidentally booked a smoking room but we managed and we were able to open a window to help with the smoke smell. The room could use a thorough cleaning while our beds and furniture were clean, the walls, especially near the vents, had cigarette soot. Our room was spacious and fit the three of us comfortably. "
