This stops in both directions near the house. In the immediate vicinity you can go cross-country skiing, hiking or sledging. If you arrive in summer, you can quickly reach well-known places such as Zell am See, Salzburg or the well-known waterfalls of Krimml or the Großglocknerstrasse thanks to the central location. There are many golf courses in the immediate vicinity and the active vacationer can go rafting, mountain biking or hiking in the immediate vicinity.
