"We were happy with every aspect of the hotel from the extensive breakfast options that were fresh and plentiful and served by friendly staff to the crisp linens on the beds. I wondered about the location after reading reviews about the shelter across the street. It turns out the location was great. A 10 minute walk to most attractions we wanted to visit. The shelter and homelessness never once interfered with our plans. I don’t have a single complaint and would stay here again. "

"This is the perfect place to stay while visiting your kids at any of the Universities in Ottawa. We happen to be moving our child into their off campus housing and knew we would be too tired to drive home after the move, so we booked a room for the night to rest and recovery. When we entered our room we quickly realized that there was an error, it was not the suite we booked. I went down to the front desk to quietly let them know that there was a mistake, it was TOO big. The hostess then informed me that we had been upgraded and she had forgotten to mention it. Wow! It came fully equipped with a kitchen, dining space, sitting area, 2 bedrooms ( spacious and comfy), 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Towels were plentiful, robes and extra blankets were available in each room. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This location was amazing. The only downfall was that we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, we arrived too late. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for the beautiful hospitality."

"Location! Location! Location! Its not a super premium property, but newly built and well maintained for a comfortable stay. Lots of parking lots & restaurants around property, and ottawa mall"

"Stayed for a night, was a little hesitant due to the bad reviews. However, everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, modernized and spacious. Our room had a whole kitchen with everything you would need including a full size fridge. We stopped by early to see if we could park the vehicle on the available onsite parking and we were informed our room was ready and we could check in about 3 hours earlier than expected. Close to everything, including grocery store, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again! Downside: Underground parking is limited"
