"Room was clean but the refrigerator door was broken prevent it from closing completely so this made it difficult to open the sliding door to the closet for hanging our clothes. "Beautiful older home just steps from the beach. There is no central AC, but with the windows and doors open, no problem. There is a window AC in the upstairs bedroom which kept the room nice and cool. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room and no complaints. Activities nearby kept us busy but with time to still enjoy the beach. Much better than any hotel."

There were a variety of living areas on the property to just relax or connect with our family and friends. Loved the convenience to just walk across the beautiful, long lawn right to the beach. Kailua has the best beach - soft, white sand, and a beautiful, peaceful bay.It took a bit to get used to the sound of the fans on all the time. However, it was needed for the humidity and heat leading up to Tropical Storm Lala.Wish we had more days to stay!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people that enjoyed the beach house at Kailua. Everyone loved the property with it’s separate cottage and main house, good size yard and patio, and even had a sitting deck out by the beach that didn’t require you to get sand on your feet to enjoy. All in all we would give this property a 9.9. The only thing that could make this property better is a pool, but with the ocean right out front who needs a pool. The property management team was top notch to work with and prompt in responding to questions. We had a great time and will definitely be returning."
