We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. "Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options.
The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."

Myself and my wife were only there for two nights, so we did not get to experience all that it has to offer, but what we did experience was excellent.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we had a great view of the city.
The grand foyer made such a big impression on me that I could not help but to stop and record a video of it.
On top of this, out of the three top hotels we have stayed at in Makati, The Peninsula offered the best value for the price per night.
