    "Hoshinoya staff and the propoerty dynamic are settled to diminish costs and not to serve the clients as it's supposed a high rating hotel. It's my second stay in Hoshinoya, I had previously had a poor experience at Hoshinoya Okinawa and unfortunately again at Tokyo's one. There're better options in Tokyo that would suit most experienced traveler's more!"

    "​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional..."

    "We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room. Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)"

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."
