"The condo was very clean and had everything you could want to cook. We really enjoyed our time there. The owner was incredibly responsive to all our requests and communications. The only downside was the seagrass. The owners have nothing to do with this issue but it would be nice if the condo complex would clean the seagrass off more than once a week. "

"This place was just lovely and perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed being right by the pool. The beach here is private and quite secluded, which was fantastic for us. The onsite bar and restaurant was also convenient and good food & drinks. "

"The kitchen and entire place was very well equipped. The condo has a beautiful cozy seaside decor. We very much enjoyed the live music on Friday at the Tides cafe. The condo has an ocean view, with a very nice pool and a hammock. We were grateful for the adjustable flippers and the life-vests for snorkeling. It is at the Northwest Pointe which is great for kite surfers and is within 25 - 30 minutes drive of the Grace bay area. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay."

"This was the PERFECT location for a peaceful, quiet, enjoyable and refreshing stay in Providenciales! Raz and Naomi responded quickly to any questions we had to ensure our stay was stress-free.The condo was spacious enough for 6 people and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you'd need (including toaster, blender, a couple of coffee makers and even a dishwasher). Bedrooms were nice and the mattresses were good quality (slightly firm, with a bit of a memory foam feel). The condo has dual temperature controls so that the main areas and master bedroom can be one temp while one of the other bedrooms can be another.The property grounds were immaculate with beautiful floral archways along most of the paths. The large pool has ample deck chairs (along with the beach area) and we never felt like we had to do the "hotel/resort thing" by reserving a chair at 7am. There is an on-site restaurant which is ok, and a couple of grills for cooking your own food.The beach area is gorgeous with blue and turquoise water, soft sand, and even some sea turtles and rays! There are some sea grasses directly in front of the property, but a short 10 minute walk up the beach, and you have sand as far as you can walk out. Because of the property location, all you hear is the ocean and wind.Driving to the condo requires about a 3km segment of gravel/rocky road, but we managed just fine in our teeny-tiny Suzuki Swift we rented.Highly recommend this property for your stay!!!"

"This is a great location to enjoy the ocean peacefully. Grace Bay is but a short drive for dining or shopping. You don't need a rental car if you are just coming here and leaving from here. Having a rental is best for practicality and convenience. Unit is as described and perfect as youe home away from home. Will stay here again if we come back !"

"Lisa is wonderful! We needed to get there early to drop our bags off to go to pirates cove and we were able to. We had a late flight, and were allowed to check out late. Property is great. If you want to relax and not be in a crowd, this is the place. Restaurant is good. Never more than a few people on the clean beach. Frequently windy. Water is a little more rougher than grace bay, but still beautiful. I always stay here one or two nights on my trips to t.c.i. for peace and quite. Good value also. Pool and hot tub are clean. Additionally, best check in ever. Just go to your room!!! Lisa takes care of everything else!"
