"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

"Very clean and accommodating resort, short of no amenities. Staff are extra attentive and make you feel extremely comfortable especially when travelling with kids. Staff are amazing - arrived early and they did everything they possibly can to get the room ready well ahead of check in time which was great. Daily buffet changes offering a huge variety of food even for the fussiest eater."

"Nice beach location and close to bars and restaurants. Excellent front desk crew. Buffet was good and outdoor bar area was chill. Small rooms with nice balconies and view. More pool chairs and umbrella would be nice as they all get towels thrown down to be held and people don’t come back for hours, my only complaint. Plenty of beach chairs."

"The most impressive was quality of food in buffet and the 3 restaurants. It's also perfect for families with kids. Cleaning was good, but missed some spots occasionally. The rooms are descent sized, comfy beds, bathroom was a bit small, but not a problem. What made stay great was that it was such a compact resort, but somehow they have "hidden the rooms" so it doesn't feel crowded. Beach is great, with plenty of chairs, pools the same. Amazing place for kids, as they kept meeting new friends, and parents could relax with a good overview pools and beach areas. Kids club had good opening hours and nice staff. Some staff members were excellent, some average, but they were all helpful with the kids. Food was beyond expectations. Top ingredients cooked very well. Exceptional value for money. What could be improved- Though most food was included, a couple of dishes needed extra payment. No roomservice was included in the Effortless package, but the ice cream shop was. There were 2 Wine lists, Effortless (all inc) + regular. The regular was available everywhere, the full effortless only in restaurants. In Bars only 3 wines, but all drinks included. Wine selection on effortless wine list could be improved, but a couple of good wines so no issues. Did not like shampoo and shower gel at all. Overall, for what we paid, we feel we received great value, our kid met so many new friends it was a great vacation for all. Will definitely be back."

"Just had a 7 night stay with my husband and children- 16,14,11. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. My daughter has a wheat and dairy intolerance and they were happy to let us use things we brought with us as well as buying milk and making a cake that she was able to have. The pool was big enough for them to play and have fun but not too busy like some bigger hotels. We are looking to come back next year."

Food was good, entertainment was great, the children’s pool was a little small but done the job and there was always sun beds. I’d happily go back and I never usually say that"

"Amazing place, the host couldn't do enough! They were always on hand if you needed them, they dropped off ice creams, and fresh juice. The places is picture perfect spotlessly clean. The pool a lovely temperature, and perfectly refreshing. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We did have some neighbours of a group of young people but the hosts were communitive and ensured that we weren't disturbed and that all of that everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this property!"
