"I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a comfortable, functional, with best views ever Malibu experience at a more than fair price this is the place. I cannot speak of beach access due to the weather but, we absolutely loved this place. You can get comfortable and actually live like you would at home. Super fast internet which was great and for us this place had everything we wanted. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Daniel is a great host, easy check in and check out, great communication and we did not feel like we someone was watching over us. There is plenty of room to spread out and for just 2 of us we had more than enough room. I think you could have 6 people stay here and not feel cramped. We will 100% book this place again. "

"The host was very welcoming. The house was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean. Very tastefully decorated. Overall was pretty well maintained. The projector system in the living was not ideal and would also suggest use of the garage for one car. "

"Ciaran Fee was a wonderful host! He was very friendly and helpful. We requested extra blankets as it was a bit chilly. He even brought us a small space heater to take the chill off when we first arrived. The property is so amazing. We look forward to coming back in the summer."

"This place was amazing! My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary we arrived after sundown and thought it was gorgeous but the next morning waking up to the view was breathtaking almost hard to leave - like being in heaven. The place was clean, great location in Malibu ocean front and communication with the staff was simple easy and quick. Highly recommend this unit - I hope you return next year! Sara "
