"This rental is a true gem everyone should experience. The location is beautiful and relaxing with all the amenities/items you would find in your own home. With a family there was plenty to do on site and exploring opportunities were close. Don’t pass up this rental for a fun filled time."

"Check-in experience was great and the staff was friendly. Shower had the least amount of pressure we've ever experienced at a hotel of any sort. It also sprayed from all different angles, getting the bathroom floors wet. :( Although we tried to tighten the shower head, nothing seemed to help. Bedroom was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. If we stayed again, I'd call ahead and make sure the shower in my room is going to be working better."

"I have enjoyed my stay. I have one constructive comment. Tuesday to Friday during my stay the property was working on the wooden decks and wood panelling. This meant that every day from 7 or 8 depending on the day to about 4 there were at least 2 is not 3 workman working right outside my unit. SA3. The gentlemen themselves were lovely, quiet and hard working, but there tasks, among other things involved, sanding and using a blower and a dryer, so quite noisy. As guests we should be warned or notified in advanced that this will happen. I still enjoyed my stay, but it was not tranquil, which is why a book a place right on the ocean. It was not good and although I understand a property needs to be main rained and the "season" is approaching, the inconvenience should have been communicated and reflected in some gratuity for my stay in my opinion beyond a 2 hour free late check out. Thanks. "

"Judy’s Condo in MalibuJudy’s condo is first class! The furnishings are the best. The king bed was very comfortable. All the amenities were provided. Small touches like water bottles next to each bed was much appreciated. The AC worked very well, as did the showers and kitchen appliances.The location for us was perfect. Next to Pepperdine University and the Malibu Country Mart. Across the PCH was a shopping area with CVS and Ralph’s. There are many stairs up to the entry and inside from first to second floor. However this was not a problem for us and we are in our late 70’s. The units are just off the PCH and there is traffic noise with the sliding doors open. However closing the doors blocks 99% of this noise. We didn’t use the pool but the pool and spa area looked great.I would highly recommend staying here, and Judy, the host, is a joy to work with. Very easy check-in and check-out, and she’s very quick to respond to all questions."

" The location of property was a perfect 10 for exploring Malibu and the surrounding area. Easy quick access to the pacific coast. The photos however of property are far from accurate. I'm guessing they are the original photos from when it was first listed on VRBO. Sadly it is quite run down on the outside. Overgrown trees and brush blocks the small veiw of ocean from back patio. The photo of ocean is out in the street away from the property. There were cobwebs all around property. The patio furniture is not what is shown in pictures. The bbq grill on back patio is a rusted pile of junk. Useless...The clothes dryer does not work. The"couch" is broken, which it is not the couch that is in photo on VRBO. Electrical box was another scary feature. Is it even up to code? There is one bathroom which is upstairs. It is a bit unique. The shower sprays out of the shower area and onto the wall and floor no matter what we tried to stop it from spraying. Also the hot and cold are reversed in shower. The ustairs bedroom's "bed" is awful. Also broken and falling apart. I recommend you bring an air mattress. The inside was clean. Kitchen was clean and fabulous to cook in. We loved the gas stove! Not a well stocked kitchen but enough to get you by. Front sliding door needs a strong person to open and close it. Property Definitely needs some TLC. Easy check in and instructions. We did not see any address number on street so completely relied Google maps. "
