If you are a vegan AVOID. I told them prior to going then I told them when I arrived. I was offered mash potato but had cows milk in. Then I was offered egg noodles. I had to live on salad all week which I found to be very unfair. Also the room was tiny. Difficult to manoeuvre around it with two cases. I won’t be going back.

Very clean modern design plenty of sunbeds. Drinks reasonable. Some entertainment was good. Big downside was the uncomfortable beds with narrow hard pillows. No mirror near a plug or dressing table. Room badly designed from that perspective. Only a few bars and restaurants close by which were poor.

Excellent hotel! Amazing food (very high quality, quantity and variety). Great staff (restaurant, reception and cleaners), they are very friendly, helpful and professional. Very good entertainment at night (different acts every night and very lively). Spacious rooms and great common areas (special mention to the restaurant, very big, clean, smart and great service from all the waiters). Very close to the beach and 2 pools with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, close to the beach and shops. Parking is easy. The hotel pool is fantastic.

Staff from the restaurant/bar was incredibly amazing, as well from the lobby, cleaning ladies were kind. The only rude and bad thing was the woman from the spa, she needs to learn how to deal with people and be more polite. I was planning to have a massage, then I walked to ask her wish time she had available, then she reply with a not so friendly face and “what do you want?”, “no time for you now”, I just walked back to my room without saying anything back. Too bad!

Extended stay
Great hotel, very clean and very helpful. A flight cancellation meant 2 additional nights and this was dealt with simply and professionally. Close to the beach (2mins walk). Dining is maybe too fish heavy, could do with more meat choices - but all in all, very good!

Fantastic family friendly hotel . This was our eighth holiday in this hotel . We even exchange Christmas cards with some of the staff. We intend to go back next year and in future years. We do go to other places as well but always compare others with this hotel who really sets the bar.

Considering a furniture missing in the room we stayed like the shelves which were available in other rooms and double beds was too narrow for two people who are not lovers 😌. Further more such great hotel with such excellent service could serve a jar of normal water per table. Appreciate the willingness and service you as a team provided us, wishing you all the best and many happy years!!

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Only cons were (1) it occasionally smelled like sulfur/sewage in our room, but quickly went away after venting with the door open and (2) we only received 1 very skinny pillow to sleep with. 4/5, great for price

Good hotel, friendly staff, although some over do it with the kids in restaurant when you just want peace to eat. Excellent air con and good wi-fi. Would expect water tea and coffee to be provided in the room for the money spent. Natalia great as kids entertainer!

Staff are friendly, good location in terms of beach, public transport and supermarket, good sized room. Strange set-up in the dining room where you are allocated a table for your entire stay and solo travellers are made to all sit in one corner of the room in a row, like kids at a wedding. Pool area not that large and next to a road.

The room is very small so beware but the views from the balcony is wonderful indeed! The only downside was assigned seating at the breakfast buffet but thats about it, Thank you for a pleasant stay nonetheless!

Restaurants and cleaning staff amazingly friendly and nice front office staff friendly but a little bit too firm. Everything very orderly and just so. Should be a little bit more relaxed about beachtowels Front office staff should become more familiar with needs of bicyclists and bicycling opportunities Food quality and food choices works outstanding Should provide free water at dinner kind of cheesy that they make you pay for water
