La location est bien situé, elle est fonctionnel, mais : Pas propre manque d'un ménage complet, Paume de Douche abimé, Frigo sans lumiÚre, escalier terrasse dangereux (Barreau coupé)... Je l'ai signalé et montré à la personne qui est venue prendre la taxe d'habitation .

Die Lage des Appartments mit direkter StrandnĂ€he (ca. 200m) ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist von außen schon in die Jahre gekommen, was aber erstmal nicht stört. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe fĂŒr die Wohnung verlief absolut problemlos und sehr zuverlĂ€ssig durch Alcudia Interhome - top! Leider gibt es in der Wohnung mehrere MĂ€ngel die auf den Bildern der Wohnung nicht ersichtlich waren. Dadurch musste ich zusĂ€tzliche Zeit aufbringen um diese zu melden um im Nachgang nicht belangt zu werden.
