"Well ! This was our third stay at Cheltenham chase and things have changed. Firstly at booking in had to wait for 40 minutes to get our room, all superior rooms were ready on time, but not ours. Found a dirty bath towel in a drawer and the bed sheet had a rip in it ! Expected better service better ..."
