Property was clean, well furnished and quiet. The location was great, within a five minute walk of Vons and many great restaurants. Mammoth Creek is only a short walk away, great for a beautiful early morning walk or bike ride! Highly recommend.
Great place.. central to old town Mammoth restaurants, Vons, trolley lines. Easy to get to busses to get out to hiking trails without artificial atmosphere and cost of The Village.
The location is great right near Vons and shuttle stop is just across the street from the complex and only a few minutes ride up the street to Eagle Lodge/Eagle Express lifts. My family always stay here at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes when we come up to Mammoth. Two parking spaces right in front of this unit is great too. There were everything we needed in the unit and would love to stay here again. The host was very responsive and check in/check out was easy too.
Our stay was great! Modern heating and appliances. Plenty of hot water. Parking in front. Excellent location. Very close to Vons and restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Bidet on the toilets. Has an arcade game. Will definitely stay again!

Recently renovated property with lots of space and room, well suited for two families with kids. Has 3 restrooms one in each room and one near the kitchen so there was no need to wait on one another for them. The kitchen area and resources were all clean and plentiful.
Only downfall is since it is an older condo and the temperature was in mid 90s, there was no AC. The only way to cool the top floors down was to open up all the windows and bare with it until it cool down in the late evenings. There were ceiling fans but it didn't help much.
Still a very nice place to stay.
A lovely place for our friend group to gather! The only thing that bummed me out was the 3rd bedroom was an open loft where one of the couples in our group did not get enough privacy.
I would stay here again, loved the bidets, the 3 separate full bathrooms and the community pool.
We had a wonderful stay at this property for a weekend in the mountains! Communication was great, we had some trouble getting the pellet fire place started and they were quick to send someone over to get it fixed for us. The man did mention this was a very difficult one to start so my only complaint would be to make this easier for renters to use / more user friendly. But they got it taken care of and turned on for us so that's all that matters! This property is very cute, great size, beds are very comortable, pacman is a very cool and fun addition and then honestly one of my favorite things is the toilets!!! They all have seated toilet seats with a bidet and it was quite luxurious! Also the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and I love that it is all labeled to make it easier for you to find what you need. 10/10, thank you for an amazing stay and for being so great with communicating and allowing us to extend our stay!

Rat-infested, poorly maintained cabin in a good location
This rental is health and safety hazard:
1. Rat excrements on the bed.
2. Dishwasher is clogged.
3. The TV remote is dead.
4. No shovels to remove snow from the driveway to get the cars out.
5. Fire extinguisher is empty.
Rat droppings were reported to the property manager on the first day of our stay, since we obviously couldn't use that bed. The first response came on the last day of our stay. After review, Nomadness Rentals refunded 3% of the trip "for the inconveniences experienced and inability for you to use the pullout sofa ". Thanks for ruining our New Year's Eve trip!
We loved it! We have 3 kids and it was perfect for all of us has a super cute loft ! All the beds were super comfortable!! I want to know what sheets and pillows they use! It is in a perfect location close to restaurants and grocery store and mammoth activities. This place was better than the pictures lots of space for a family only thing we didn’t like was the TV was hard to figure out but if you play around with all the remotes you can figure it out lol maybe a guide of how to use the TV would help otherwise we want to stay again and longer next time! It was perfect!
Extremely clean property with great customer service from property manager. Smooth check-in process with spacious living arrangements. Kitchen geared up with pretty much everything and hot water is sufficient to support 8 people.
