"great location; great view from our room and appreciate free upgrade rooms are spacious and clean but a bit worn and in need of updating lobby is homey and impressive a little noisy at night with other guests in main lodge area at night--it was the humans and NOT the dogs that were the problem food is pricey in main lodge and only OK though drinks and the short rib fries are great also would help if hotel guests in main lodge got priority parking in the parking lot next to lifts; I know there is other parking but further away from the lifts and if you have to walk in ski boots from covered parking--not a whole lot of fun glad they allow dogs without size restriction as in future I would consider bringing my big guys in though it would be nice if there was a nearby fenced in area for them to romp around in to burn off energy and keep them from getting bored "

"This was our first time staying at Juniper Resort, and we absolutely loved it. Danny, at the front desk, was very accommodating by letting us check-in at noon since we got there early. Our one-bedroom suite was very nice and spacious with great mountain views. The resort had all of the typical amenities. The big winner for me was the resort offered a free personal shuttle service. That saved us time and comfort instead of waiting for one of the public transits."

"Our stay was disrupted by excessive noise from the room next door until 3 AM due to a loud party. When we reached out to hotel staff for help, we were told to deal with it ourselves by knocking on their door. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on staff to handle disturbances, especially late at nigh"

"Room was very clean. There is a parking garage under the hotel, plenty of parking. It was confusing as to where the main lobby and entrance is when you first arrive, look for a dark log facade. No signs on exterior of building. Breakfast was good with eggs, a meat, and potato variety, as well as waffles, cereal bread, muffins etc. The initiial check was fine, while waiting for a luggage cart we went to the room and discovered no heat. We had to wait 30 minutes for the GM but he was awesome and gave us a different room, and checked in with us a couple times after our first night to make sure everything was good. Our only concern with this hotel is they need to replace/upgrade the old wall heaters in some of the rooms. Again the GM is a hard worker and resolved our issue quickly. We will definitely stay again."
