Villa Bandris offers guests a wonderful house, fully fenced and independent. You can access this marvellous villa via a dirt path finished with a stone well. The house entrance connects with the 2 living rooms, the staircase to the second floor, and the main bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the garden, combined with a dining room with a large wooden table where you can enjoy dinners with friends or family, is located next to the first living room where you can relax on comfortable sofas while watching television. All this is located to the left of the main door. To the right, you can find the second living room, with a lovely pallet fireplace, television and a rest and reading corner. The villa is full of works of art. To the right of the entrance and before going up to the second floor, you can find the spacious main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a huge wardrobe and direct exit to the garden. Going up to the second floor, you will also find a small living room with a window and balcony facing the villa's facade. A corridor from this small living room will lead you to one of the main bedrooms with a double bed, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. As if that were not enough, this bedroom has direct access to the second floor terrace, where you can appreciate marvellous views of Manacor, its mountains, and the house garden with the swimming pool. Next to this room, you will find the next main bedroom, also with direct access to the terrace, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.



In the opposite direction of the corridor, you will find two other rooms. A quite spacious double room with a wardrobe, and opposite, an individual room. In the same corridor, you will find a full bathroom.



The highlight of this impressive property is its exteriors with extensive gardens with typical Mediterranean trees and shrubs, lawn, an outdoor dining terrace, and the main attraction. The swimming pool. In the pool area, you will have sun loungers, two pergolas and a charcoal BBQ, for unforgettable afternoons. The little ones can enjoy the outdoor children's playhouse, the football goal, the swing and the basketball hoop. The entire villa is a viewpoint, as it is located on an elevated point. From every corner of the exteriors, they will enjoy unbeatable views of the mountains, and the town of Manacor, which will not fail to impress them throughout their stay.

*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used from the official check-in day and time indicated in your reservation.

*On the check-out day, keys must be deposited in the key box before 10:00 a.m.

*No events or parties are allowed*

*Between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*
