"This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. "

"We had 2 families with a total of 5 kids and 4 adults. The outside view of Lemon Bay is amazing and spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view in pool and yard! The walk to the Gulf is short and beach while a little narrow was beautiful and very private. The bathroom in guesthouse is extremely small but nice to have. Large common area spaces. Highly recommend!"

I was surprised by our Easter gift in the fridge from Vacasa couch was comfortable although the bed was a little firm, but that didn’t keep me from crashing at night. Walking distance to beach, homes access was blocked due to hurricane damage, but we just used the next one down🤷 All the locals are friendly and helpful.
