We enjoyed the hotel very much but had a housekeeping issue. We were there five days and on the second day I let the desk know we would not need housekeeping. On the third day I assumed they would clean the room and bring fresh linens. They did not. I called and they said they would send someone up. They did bring fresh towels, no hand towels or wash clothes, cups or glasses. Had to call again. Over all we loved the place and the people we were visiting said they would recommend it to other visitors.

The rooms are comfortable, but renovation is needed. Amenities are being improved. The staff seemed attentive however, there are major improvements on the quality of service and appearance of the property that are being made right now.

Jery at the Front Desk was amazing! We called to let her know our plane had landed in Orlando and we would be checking in a couple of hours later. She was bubbly, kind and extremely attentive! She was able to provide plenty of information for the surrounding area!
