The house was well stocked from kitchen pots and pans to toys for the pool. We couldn't have asked for anything additional. Both kid and adult friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our host was very responsive and so helpful when we forgot an item. We would 100% book again. "

"We had a blast staying in this lovely home! We had a party of 4 adults and 4 children (age 8-14), and not only was the place clean, beach chairs/towels/umbrella were clean/available for use. Our hosts made our stay memorable and convenient for our endless beach visits. Most importantly, our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and issues that arose. The handyman and plumber that responded to our one toilet issue were quick to resolve the issue and even provided local insight to Port Charlotte restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return again for our next shell/shark tooth beach vacation! "
