"Cannot say enough in praise of our month long stay for March 2026. Hosts could not have been more hospitable and friendly--even having us for poolside dining on several occasions. Rooms upscale furnished and comfortable. Location provides quick access to Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda restaurants and shops and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Hope to be able to return again. Highly recommend!"

"Hot tub was nice. Pool a bit cold but felt good since the weather was in 80s. Quite a drive to beaches with spring break traffic..but otherwise a nice place."

"We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in backyard worked out perfectly for our 2 dogs. It allowed us to grill and relax knowing they were safely enclosed. Excellent communication from the owner when needed."

"Nice stay! Would have liked to have known the beach located near the home was under construction. Host responded in a timely fashion. Smoke alarm battery went out & beeped in the middle of the night, door locked didn’t work multiple times & woke up to a broken water heater & water all over the floor. Garbage bags, floor mat for bathroom floor when showering & beach towels would be a suggestion. "

"The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. "

"Drew is constantly checking in to make sure everything is going well. Nice touches like a gift card to a local restaurant and some coffee pods and ground coffee. "
