"The villa was fabulous, tastefully decorated but maintained a home from home feel, it was very clean and the host had left some thoughtful little touches, the beds were also extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and well maintained and provided us with easy access to visit places like Cape Coral Fort Myers etc. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and Publix & Walmart were about a 7 minute drive away. Excellent communication from our host and I would highly recommend a stay here, the photos don't really do it justice."

"This place had everything you could want. Great location on the canal with dock. Fish right from the dock or take your boat out for some sheepshead. House was furnished with anything you needed including games an even cornhole outside. Only bad part of the stay was the attic freez came through. Host couldn’t be held responsible for that lol. Looking forward to returning next year hope the weather is better. If not we found a lot of places to keep us busy. The Kiki bar was very relaxing great drinks, and the pretzel bites or fantastic."

"The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group. It’s in a good location close to everything you may need, and a nice area for long walks. Despite a cold spell in Florida, the pool was heated to an amazing 85* and the hot tub was hot. We enjoyed lots of little areas for gathering…the front porch, the kitchen bar counter, the dock, the side of the house where we set up corn hole, and everyone’s favorite…the patio furniture that sits inside where all the sliders open up to the outside…amazing! Owner Pete reached out to us regularly during our visit to be sure all was well and that we had all we needed. He was also very responsive when we had questions for him. We made lots of memories and we’re all looking forward to our next visit!! )"

"We had a fantastic stay at this home! The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well organized. It’s clear the owners put great care into preparing the space — everything felt comfortable and extremely welcoming.The layout worked perfectly for our stay, and the home had a relaxing, easy feel that made it simple to settle in and enjoy our time. Communication was smooth, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.We truly enjoyed our visit and would absolutely stay here again. "This house is beautiful and modern! Not cluttered, clean, without bugs or spiders, etc.Easy check-in, the owner was easy to message with quick replies to our questions! Publix is located nearby. We didn’t eat out much, preferring to cook at home.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for our week long visit. The den/TV room furniture was excellent! Recliners on both couches and easy to clean leather! (A rare find in rentals!). A Roku TV in each bedroom is nice too!The yard is perfect for catching some rays while our dogs explored and played. (The dogs were fascinated by the zippy little geckos!). The pool and lanai with a gas grill are great. Unfortunately we came down during a cool spell so we didn’t get to partake in those amenities much. But sooo many glass doors looking out over the pool, yard and canal made it like welcoming the sunshine right in with us! Very cheery!The neighborhood is quiet, not a lot of traffic, no noisy neighbors to worry about.The only negative I can mention is that the only public beach parks we found in the area don’t allow dogs on the beach. We’d never stayed in this area so we may have missed better places to go. Other than that, we’d stay here again. Very comfortable house!"
