"We got locked out of our room because there locks weren’t working and they weren’t sure if the master key would work on not because they were off line. When we returned the morning staff never informed the evening staff and the issue was never fixed, however we were able to get into the room with a new key but they again weren’t sure if it was going to work. The next day upon checking out and asking how everything was I mentioned the lock out and the response was “oh yea, have a great day”. We were never informed of wifi password or breakfast options either just that the front desk staff was very tired from lots of drunk people the previous days on the roof top bar. They were nice however not very helpful at all or informative. Also our room was never cleaned no towels replaced either I’m assuming again due to the lock issue. "

"Excellent location. Quite/private setting.. Adequately equipped for 2/3. I stay in Punta Gorda 2-3 times a year and would definitely rent again. "

"I enjoyed myself so much. I had a great time very relaxing and everything was first rate and first class. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else The hostess was so helpful and gave great advise on what do in the area. But you don’t have to go anywhere because you feel like you are staying in a five star hotel. I really enjoyed myself and plan on going again. "

"We loved the house it worked well for our family and the location was great for walking to Fishermans Village. Kitchen is set up so well and loved all the doors to the pool. "
