Very great standards, and had a lovely time and experience. The infrastructures are very good, good quality, and everything feels premium. The hotel was on very limited operation when we were in, and had limited options and bars/restaurants open, but we still had plenty to do and much on offer. The room was good, and comfortable, and was well insonorised. The food offer was good and broad - and I imagine that at full operations there will be so much to try. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, even despite seeming more used to German and Russian than with English - but it still worked pretty fine and was never a problem. Parking worked great and was never a problem. The private beach was lovely, nice, clean and pleasant. I could see myself spending much more time in there. The location is also pretty great, if you are driving (but there are taxis outside) - there's loads of local commerce within 5 min, and it's a fantastic area with closeness to Side, Manavgat, and Antalya - with lots to offer by the sea and in the mountains. Sadly, there was so much to do in and out of the hotel that I only checked the spa on the leaving day, and it is superb. Great decor and infrastructures, gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa, a really good hammam, and a salt room that I only found out too late. I could see myself spending 2 weeks here, and it's a great resort, with great nice staff team who work hard and deserve the best. Also, lovely cats all around!

I booked this place for six days. I really enjoy staying there. The food was excellent property was very clean we definitely recommend this place I wouldn’t say it was a top luxury hotel, but for the price they gave us was excellent

It was all what what we expected good food and all the fun kids love. But away from all the service expected from any resorts I have to give them the credit for being great on human level. Last minute readjustments on my booking meant I was needing support to regroup my family and Sentido Selin did me proud. They have listened and accommodated me to have all my kids in one place. Thank you and big shout out to Sena, Layla and the team. The only thing I can add and not sure how it works but we were admitted to hospital and stayed overnight once discharged came to the resort there was no note or token of reassurance or mention of the medical emergency wether we were ok or needed any help or support. Infect the receptionist didn’t even know anything about our medical emergency and that we were two day away from hotel even after having all our details in front of them. I stayed in resorts before and had kids who were unwell and I had always had hotel following up and providing and being there for reassurance.

We stayed at Kamelya hotel for a family reunion. Every family had a different room type and at the check in, they mixed up our reservation with another family and refused to give us the room we booked!!! Finally!! After arguing for 20 minutes they found out that they have made a mistake and gave us the right room. The hotel overall is OK. Spa center is amazing. Bit they need major renovation and more training for their staff. We stayed at Selin

Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. The all include services were great. There were plenty of various good food. The staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday sufficiently. There were good shows and entertainment every other night. The sea front was great as well as the swimming pools. The only issues I can think of is that the windows were not sealed well and when the wind storm hit, there was dreadful noise all day around which was disruptive at nights and it got cold a little. Also before April, not all facilities are open and the aqua park facility were closed too. I was a little disappointed that this information about not fully operative was not on the Hotel.com website.

Unfortunately everything went very badly from check in until check out. Reception stuff not friendly, room was old, very cold and barbecue smell came into our room hole night so we couldn't sleep. We paid 50e extra for one child cause we needed a room for family and they gave us room where was bed for 3person. They didn't do anything about to fix this. Service was very far away from 5star hotel. Everything was so badly handed that I would not recommend no one this hotel. I just wanted to leave from this hotel and we stayid only one night and paid 250e, terrible.

I booked a beach front room but they put me on a side appartment, lowest floor, where I had no view from the sea at all. Had to do a big fight with management to have it changed. Air Conditioning does not work , management explain they just put in on in May (it was end of March, 26 degrees C, even more inside the rooms. Tennis courts are in bad condition and the monitor is terrible, makes everything as possible to make you unhappy.
