Slow and annoying check in process - not user friendly. They need to improve that because almost 10mins to check in through a slow online questionnaire platform isnt great. The hotel is a maze.. with a lack of signage. No kettle or even hairdryer which are basics! Good location.

The self-service check-in process far too longwinded. Had to input all contact details even though the booking was made through Hotels.com.
