The Space:

This apartment is recently refurbished and immaculately presented. The open plan living area features a large sofa bed, smart TV and superfast 375Mb fibre WiFi.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.



Bedroom one has a double bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. There are two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You will receive a digital guidebook with everything you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions and how everything works in the property. You will also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink and explore, complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of your visit.

The Neighborhood:

You are right in the heart of Manchester on Oxford Road, one of the city's busiest and most connected streets. The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University are on your doorstep, along with a huge choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The Palace Theatre, Whitworth Art Gallery and Manchester Museum are all within easy walking distance. The Northern Quarter, Deansgate and Chinatown are a short stroll away, and the Arndale Centre is just minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

Manchester Oxford Road station is just a short walk from the apartment, with fast and frequent trains to Manchester Piccadilly, Liverpool, Sheffield, Stoke and beyond.



St Peter's Square tram stop is also a short walk away, connecting you to every corner of Manchester including the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, MediaCityUK and Manchester Airport.



Manchester Piccadilly station is around a ten minute walk, with direct services to London, Birmingham, Leeds and most major UK cities. The property's central location makes it incredibly easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the country.



Numerous bus routes run along Oxford Road right outside the door.



Uber operates throughout the city centre.

We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. The apartment is self check-in, meaning no stress with arrival times.
