Very pleasant stay with early check in. Hotel with a bit of character and clean .Only downside was the lift was not operating but this was OK for us but may be a problematic for those with mobility issues .

Stayed for one night, rooms are large and spacious but in need of a refresh. Cleanliness not 5* but not too dirty you feel you can’t sleep. It noisy at night if room is on the main road but expected that due to location being near to station. Have stayed before when newer so have seen it much cleaner. Beds are comfy and huge. Would stay again as very reasonable for price we paid

Lovely hotel but the room is in need of soe repair. Flashing light bulb, light shades missing ( 4 of them) ripped wall paper. Great location, easy parking at a discount rate. Staff very friendly

Omar at check in was really nice and helpful. He’s a real credit to the hotel and made us feel very welcome, which was a lovely way to start our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, but on our visit the Lift was out of order, when you’re staying on the 4th floor it’s a killer walk especially with baggage. The heating/aircon unit wasn’t working on the first night and the room was cold. The reception staff were helpful, and Holly in the bar looked after us with some nice cocktails.

A good choice for an overnight stay in the city centre, 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station and the shops. The staff was lovely, so friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. The bedroom could have done with triple glazing for the noise, but otherwise excellent. I still slept well. Great choice of breakfast too.

Property was nice in its theme however sleep quality due to decor (ie tiled rooms), made it rather noisy due to other customers not thinking about others the Property echo's. Breakfast, was im afraid to say not the best we've ever had. Yes i know its a brasserie with an allowance. But i personally wouldn't book Breakfast again. But reception staff were amazing very helpful and knowledgeable.
