The Space:
Ground floor
A light-filled, open-plan lounge with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch Ultra HD smart TV and Netflix. A well-equipped kitchen with sleek appliances, the basics for cooking, tea and coffee, and a dining table that seats six. A games area with a pool table and dartboard, a favourite with groups and a relaxed way to unwind. A handy downstairs WC.
First floor
A generous king-size main bedroom with quality bedding and good storage, two comfortable double rooms, and a clean, modern bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower.
Built for work and longer stays.
High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make remote work or a project stay easy, and a washer keeps extended visits simple.
Outside.
Free off-street parking, plus a private garden to enjoy in good weather.
Guest Access:
The entire house is yours. Self-check-in with the keypad means you can arrive whenever suits you. For longer stays, we can arrange optional cleaning and fresh linen.

Rolls Crescent is on a quiet street in Hulme, moments from the energy of central Manchester. You are a short walk from Deansgate, Oxford Road and the Arndale, close to HOME for theatre and film, and within easy reach of the University of Manchester and the city's hospitals, which makes it a popular choice for graduations, visiting academics and medical staff. Supermarkets and a park with a playground are all within a few minutes' walk.
Getting Around:
Free off-street parking for two cars at the property. City bus routes are a 2-minute walk and reach the centre in minutes, with the centre itself around a 15-minute walk. The M602, ring road and A56 give quick access by car, the football stadiums are about 10 minutes away, and plenty of taxis and ride-shares serve the area.
