Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately the host didn't provide check-in details so I was forced to rebook on the day which was very inconvenient and wasted time on our short time away.To be fair, the vrbo staff were excellent at trying to contact the host, though i had already tried, and securing a refund as well as providing information about how to claim the excess price I had to pay for a last minute booking. But the mismanaged booking and inconvenience on us does still leave a bad taste.
