The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Juniper - a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the historic Castlefield district. The property features a clean and elegantly styled interior with beautiful natural light throughout, and a comfortable, well-considered layout. This apartment sleeps up to six guests.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a six-seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.



Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep and a stylish wardrobe offering ample storage space. Each bedroom features a king-size bed.



Sofa bed

The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms, each featuring a rainfall shower. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.



Living area

The living area features a smart TV with Sky Cable and Netflix access for your entertainment.



Location & parking

This property is located in Manchester's Castlefield district. You can reach Manchester's central bars, restaurants, and retail areas within walking distance. Paid parking is available on the premises.



A note on noise

As with all city centre apartment buildings, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building. Please bear this in mind when making your booking.



Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:

This property is located in Castlefield. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park located M15 4UU - charges may apply.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
