    The Space:

    We are excited to welcome you to Riff at The Heim Residences, a bright and thoughtfully arranged one-bedroom apartment located in Manchester's iconic Northern Quarter. The property features a cosy, well-equipped interior with a warm, relaxed character, and sleeps up to six guests - making it a brilliant base for families, friend groups, or anyone looking to explore one of the UK's most vibrant city neighbourhoods.



    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and an induction stove. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

    There is a 6-seater dining table - perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.



    Sleeping arrangements

    There is one bedroom. The first is a double bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, fitted with blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep. The family room with two single bunk beds, also fitted with blackout blinds. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed, accommodating up to six guests in total.

    This residence is located inside our aparthotel on Oldham Street, one of Manchester’s most vibrant and characterful stretches, surrounded by independent shops, cafés, restaurants and late-night bars. With that energy comes a lively soundtrack, and guests may notice some street noise at different times of day and into the evening. We’ve done our best to create a comfortable space to unwind in the heart of the city, and we recommend light sleepers consider bringing earplugs, just in case.



    This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
