- Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom home in east Manchester, sleeping up to 12 - ideal for families, groups and event weekends. It's just minutes from the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live, with direct trams into the city centre close by, plus markets, shops and canal walks within easy reach.
The house: a bright private living room, a fully equipped kitchen (double oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a dining area. Have fun with the pool table and the table tennis table, board games and books. Out back there's a private, fully fenced garden with a patio and outdoor seating.
Sleeping: Bedroom 1 - two small double beds; Bedroom 2 - queen bed plus a single; Bedroom 3 - single bed; Bedroom 4 - double bed; Bedroom 5 - king bed. Two full bathrooms plus a separate WC. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.
Also included: free fast wifi, TV, central heating, washing machine, iron, room-darkening blinds and free parking on site and on the street.
Please note: there is an exterior security camera covering the outside of the property only (no cameras inside), and a noise-level monitor (no audio recording) to help keep things neighbour-friendly. The house has stairs. Self check-in from 15:00, checkout by 11:00.
