"We've stayed in our share of VRBOs and the hospitality in this one was outstanding. First and foremost, the house manager's communication was fantastic, quick to respond, and filled with consideration and kindness. I can't thank Divine enough. The added features of a very well-equipped kitchen including spices, coffee and filters, numerous things in the pantry—even rum (and the blender was top notch!) are features rarely part of a house rental. My thanks to you for creating such a generous kitchen.The house itself housed our family of 8 fantastically with SO much unique space for various activities. (Like a great area for kids to eat and watch TV), a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge and seating, FANTASTIC deck with views of BVI and St. John plus unpopulated cays. We were so pleased to be able to be part of it for the week.Everything is on one level except a 5th BR (Bathroom en suite) below the house that is very comfy but with natural (and well lit) rock stairs requiring sure footing.Beach chairs, beach/pool towels, nice sheets (our bed was a bit harder than I prefer but you can't have it all!), toilet paper, AC in every BR. Like most driveways in St. T, it was steep and required some getting used to, but by day two we had it down and easily parked two cars (one compact one large SUV), plus space for visitors (we have family who live on the island). Every family member felt so happy and satisfied. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us!"

"There were many issues that should have been resolved prior to our arrival. Here's a list of what we found:First Floor - west bedroom A/C not working. Error code E-1. Middle bedroom no power to outlets. Breaker trips instantly. Bathroom off kitchen, bottom of door rubs on the floor and doesn’t latch. Exhaust fan doesn’t work. Second floor - West bedroom door splintered top and bottom. A/C does not work. Overhead fan not workingSoutheast bathroom: towel rack falling off wall. Toilet tank leaking.Master BD- roof leak on south side of bedGeneral- Outdoor light be lower entrance flashingRum Shak light out.A/C remotes. Some work; some don’t. Batteries are exhaustedTV’s: No instructions, most remotes need batteries.The garbage disposal not functioning. Upstairs washer sounds like a rock crusher. Tripped breaker on final day. There are multiple remotes for fan, A/C and TV operation. Need instructions on what is what. There was no TV for the entire stay, which for the adults was ok, but needed something for the kids while preparing dinner.The fencing on the north side of the pool is breaking away from its anchor, "safety issue"!Thanks to Glenroy, who took care of most of the issues while we were there, however having maintenance work done while we are occupying the premises was disruptive to us. It shouldn't be up to the occupants to list the discrepancies with the VRBO, but we didn't want to be responsible for the issues upon our departure."
