Not the usual Ibis standard
The hotel feels run down, with doors working poorly and buttons hanging off the lift. The shower didn’t feel clean and had other people’s hair in it. The breakfast was disappointing. A lack of selection, and no alternative to cow milk.

Great value hotel and perfectly situated for swift access to the centre of Cannes by car. Room was quite basic, but overall good value for the price paid. Breakfast was very good and served in a spotless dining area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - thank you!

Love Ibis
Really helpful staff! Great breakfast and free parking next door even for a van. Best check in experience ever. 10 min drive from Cannes beaches but a lovely little town itself.

Nice hotel, close to bus to Cannes, room is very small, bed is comfortable, the carpet needs upgrade. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe overcharged city tax when checkout, 13 euro for two people for 5 nights, should be half of that.

Basic, clean hotel, poor service.
This is a basic hotel. The room was clean, the bed was fine and it was located where we needed to be. Reception staff were very nice but don’t expect anything beyond basic service. A package was left for us to be given to us at check in. They failed to do so and when the friends who left it asked if we had received it we contacted Reception who said they had it and we should collect it from them They refused to bring it to our room, probably because the person we spoke to was the only person on duty. Cleaners who made up our room failed twice to leave us with any fresh (paper) cups. We had to return to Reception late in the evening on both occasions to pick them up. The worst moment came when we asked politely if we could be granted a 30 minute extension on check out. The manager on duty (Jessica) avoided our question, referring us to the receptionist. She, in turn, spoke with Jessica who consulted with a cleaner who was clearly unhappy at the idea. Jessica then communicated the response to the receptionist . Despite the fact that we were no more than a couple of steps away from her, Jessica actively avoided talking to us or even making eye contact. I can understand if it was genuinely not possible to accommodate our request, though I don’t actually believe that is the case in a hotel of this size, but not to address your customer appropriately (or at all) was a disgrace. Even basic hotels can have great service. Not this one, not for us on this occasion.

Ok for short stay next to the highway
We were on a round trip by car and searched for a hotel with free parking for one night only. A huge public garage is next to the hotel, so it was perfect for us. The hotel is easily accessible from Cannes on a main road in 10 minutes. The hotel's building is literally next to the highway, but our room was not noisy. The room was clean and practical, we missed only a mini bar and kettle for making a tea because either onsite restaurant or supermarket opposite of the hotel were closed on the national holiday unfortunately. Free WiFi was fast enough to check emails and news on mobile devices. The shower-bath is from plastic in typical module-style. Place is recommendable for short stays if quick and easy access is important.

Reasonable and clean
It's an Ibis, so youknow what to expect - a reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. There's a small commercial center just in front which is practical to buy some groceries or drinks. Several restaurants nearby (thai, arabic, french...). A bus stop at 2 minutes walk has buses going to the center of Cannes, takes 45 minutes.

Ibis hotels, not best value but are a given
Stayed 3 nights Sept 2014 whilst touring French Rivera by motorcycle. Attached to hotel is multi-story car park, insecure 24/7. Bit dubious about leaving bike in said car park crammed next to scooters - but was ok. Hotel outlook not great, but was just somewhere for us to sleep. Couple restaurants and small shopping centre opposite hotel. Restaurants in France do not serve food till 7pm. Quite a nice walk along river very close to hotel and 90 min walk into Cannes. Local airfield nearby which is quite busy with air traffic as is main toll road (motorway), although in fairness did not here either from within hotel. Toilet in our room broke on 2nd day and hotel staff immediately moved us to another room without any fuss. In submission cannot really go wrong with Ibis as stayed in 3 of their hotels whilst on our two week tour of France & Italy, however they don't offer best value for money. We booked day before, but if you shop around before hand you will probably find similar and save some Euros.

great hotel !
This hotel is at a Perfect location, right in front of the Bus stop that brings u straight to Cannes in 25 minutes. The room was very clean, everyone was really nice, the breakfast as well for 8 euros is worth it. Would stay there again in a heart beat !

Good Hotel Rude Front Desk Staff
If this Hotel had staff who treated the customer correctly at booking in and was not Rude and Awkward with them i would stay their again , but its clear from the lack of people using their bar and restaurant they dont understand that , the young lady that booked us in Lisa was so rude if we had not travelled such a long way that day i would have stayed else where , the management needs to get a grip , its a shame as the hotel it self is not bad , maybe she just dislikes the english who knows ?

Hotel was good for our purpose (overnight stay near autoroute after driving all day before heading to Cannes the next day). Room was clean and comfortable and good overall. Bathroom was clean, but an interesting 'modular' type unit. Rate was reasonable. Parking was free next door in a dirty parking garage, but the car was fine.

L’hôtel est correct et bien placé en centre ville. La chambre est simple et fonctionnelle. La salle de bain ressemble à celle des cabines de bateau. Le personnel de l’accueil ne dit pas bonjour aux client lorsque l’on rentre dans l’hôtel mais est aimable si on s’adresse à lui. Les femmes de ménage font le nécessaire mais il reste toujours des cheveux ou mouton de poussière au sol. On a l’air de les embêter à leur dire bonjour, elle fuit le client. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner ni le parking. Le prix internet est correct pour la prestation environ 90€. Sur place 250 € ! Cela ne les vaut pas du tout.

Une horreur !!! Le ménage dans la chambre n’était pas fait. Une serviette pour deux. Pas de pression ni d’eau chaude dans la douche. Un sèche cheveux qui ne sèche pas. Et pour clôturer le tour des femmes de ménage qui hurlent dans le couloir à partir de 8h le matin et qui nous rient au nez quand on leur demande de faire moins de bruit. A FUIR!

Good overall, but could not find my reservation
The hotel could not find my hotels.com reservation and i needed 10 or 15 minutes to convince them to let me check in. The lady at the reception was friendly and at the end all was fine. Just the confusion as i entered the hotel and they did not find my reservation in their system made it a bit difficult.
