 Villa Stella Blu is a villa with garden, located a few
steps from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, in the Ionian High
Salento. The holiday villa is equipped with air conditioning , barbecue , washing machine , hairdryer, iron, microwave, mosquito nets and grates.

Comfortable, bright, welcoming: these are the main qualities of Villa
Stella Blu, pretty holiday home on two levels, surrounded by a large garden where there is parking and a beautiful rear terrace with solarium , barbecue area with table and chairs for lunch and dinner outdoors.

On the lower floor
of the villa there is a large living room with bar counter, dining room
and fireplace, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen. In the living
room, in addition to a double sofa bed , there is the staircase leading to the upper floor, where the sleeping area develops.
The bedrooms are 3 double and 1 triple .
The twelfth possible bed is on a cot. Each of the rooms has a small
balcony of relevance. Also on the upper floor there are 2 complete
bathrooms and a storage room.

The Villa Stella Blu is located in the center of San Pietro in Bevagna,
on the coast of Manduria, in the Upper Salento. The road on which the
house is located leads directly to the beach, just 100 meters away from
the villa.
San Pietro in Bevagna is a seaside resort where
there are all the main services, with golden beaches and sea intense and
crystalline blue.


 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 87 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner not in all bedrooms. 
- The third and fourth bedroom are communicating with each other.
