"Su Casa was just right for me. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what I needed (the aircon was very appreciated), the pool and outdoor area were lovely. I also really appreciated being able to organise my airport/boat transfer all in one go too. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking, but I get the feeling this isn't unusual for the island."

"Loved the location. The freindlyness of the staff and the location is awesome if you are happy to get taxis or use a scooter to get around for food. If not you can get taxis anyway so no dramma and the staff will arrange this. The bar and the food provided were awesome too and not overpriced at all, what i would expect in indonesia at a high standard. Pool is awesome and the view epic. My favourate holiday stay ever so far. Even better if you surf ! Mint !"

"Ohanas was delightful. The rooms were clean and modern, the bathroom was amazing with really hot water. Staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. They Knew our names the first day. It was Relaxing, and staff were so helpful. The food was of a great quality, although cocktails and food was very expensive for nusa lembogian, however there are plenty of food options walking distance that is a third of the price. Only negative is trying to order room service, seems it had to go through what’s app and took 30 mins to get a menu so gave up. But really that is being really really picky (bordering on being a Karen hahah) everything else was amazing Thanks ohanas for a spectacular stay were we felt super welcome."

The resort felt safe and secure and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We moved here from another resort that had a loud music festival going on (not the kind of vacation we were wanting) and we are so glad we did."

The check in process could be better When you first get in, there is a big negative shock, you go to a small hot room to wait for the golf cart to take you down. At that point the your view is really bad and you see some very old ugly sun beds that makes you question your decision but as soon as you as you get on the golf cart and see the rest of the property you really fall in love. I think they should really work on the first impression of the property"

"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didn’t quite get a feel for a premium hotel."
