"We got a nice welcome when arriving at Nyuh Grading hill , staff was always eager to help and was friendly. The owner is always fixing something and making sure his property is up to standards . "I couldn’t climb the step stairs wanted a refund and they would only give 3 day’s worth. Limited smoking areas by pool and got splash on while having meals. Staff didn’t speak very good English "

"Resort is excellent and staff great. We were in a villa with a semi-private pool which was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, some of the buffet food could have been hotter - just go for the egg station. Was lacking shade on the beach, and the beach is not good for swimming. "

"We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa."
