"We absolutely love Rockaway Beach Resort, this is our 2nd time staying there. We love that it is right on the beach and it has a pool and jacuzzi. The office has movies, games and hot chocolate. 1/2 of the resort has been upgraded and has patios and the other 1/2 is old & needs upgrading. I’ve stayed in both and the stay was awesome each time. "

"Love the size of the kitchen and the bedrooms. My family was comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The oven was having issues heating up, very slow, but eventually got there! Please look into that. Loved the access to the beach and being able to see the beach from the living room. We don't expect much from beach furniture but do suggest looking into a more comfortable couch.This is our second year at this house and will continue to rent it. Thanks for the general upkeep and for making our stay very pleasant!"

"Property is just as described/depicted. This is a cozy bungalow on the beach with amazing beach views to the front and mountains to the back. It is fully furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. There are ample bath towels that are thick and extra long. The enclosed front room gives sweeping views of the shore even during colder times. Large front porch with 4 chairs and a table for porch coffee and evening meals outside. Overall excellent experience! Please note, this is a basic needs property so if you want highend or modern this is not the place for you. Bunk bed is better suited for those under 15. Also, there is no grocery store so buy before you get to town or go to the Dollar General down the street for best grocery/beer prices. "
