"The staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable although as I am 6'3" tall, the bathroom was very cramped! I had to leave the bathroom to change my mind. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and I took advantage of the credit vouchers I received to enjoy a wonderful breakfast there. I would absolutely reserve a room there again."

"This was an awful stay. I called upon arrival in the room to report a CLOGGED shower drain and a broken phone. I was told Engineering would visit to resolve. The next morning I went IN PERSON to report this issue because no one had came. I was assured it would be fixed. It was NOT. I showered for 3 days in a PUDDLE of water with DRAIN FLIES and NO PHONE. Location was good, customer service and cleanliness was abhorrent. "

"Clean room Staff not very friendly or helpful Room cleaning staff just couldn't quite remember to restock coffee or cups. Bed was a bit broke down with no mattress pad. Sheet wouldn't stay on corners. That being said the location was great easy to come an go."

"The room was okay. The air didn’t work properly. We called and complained. They sent someone up to fix . He spent a few minutes and declared it was fixed . We left for couple hours and came back and it still wasn’t fixed. They offered to move us but that was at like 8pm and we were checking out the next morning and I don’t want to move all stuff. They didn’t charge us for parking "
