WHAT TO EXPECT:
*All furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. are new; being this unit recently acquired and renovated (09/23).
*Main bedroom has a double-size bed completely prepared for a good rest. It also has a 45" TV, split air conditioning with remote control, a vanity that can also be used as a workstation, and a closet.
*Second bedroom has one twin-size bed, split air conditioning with remote control, a vanity/workstation and a closet. Also, an extra twin futon/mattress for extra guest.
* Living area has a 50” TV, a higher hp split air conditioning with remote control, to make you comfortable while watching TV or preparing a meal in the kitchen.
*Dining table that sits 4 people.
*Free wireless internet.
*Bathroom is equipped with water heater and bidet, toilet paper, clean towels, and a start-up soap & shampoo.
*Flat iron & board, and hairdryer.

AMENITIES:
*Roof deck with couches to sit and read – open air where the breeze will softly touch your face and easily put you to sleep.
*Barbecue pit.
*Basketball court.
*Jogging/walking trail around the property.
*Table games in the main lobby.
*Swimming pools (leisure and lap) – for a small fee (Php 200/person/day, equivalent to about $4.00). Sorry, property management allows only residents and long-term tenants to use the pools free of charge.
*Self Check-in.
*24/7 enhanced security measures. The property has guarded entrance and exit points, perimeter walls, close-circuit television cameras (CCTV), and round-the-clock security to ensure your safety within the premises.

CANCELLATION:
We understand that things beyond your control happen, so we have made it as flexible as we can. You may cancel your booking 1 day before check-in for a full refund. After that, you’ll be charged the first night stay.


RULES AND REGULATIONS:
*NO LOUD NOISES (voice, music, TV) after 10pm. We have to respect our neighbors’ need for rest. Also, please observe minimal noise during the day.
*NO SMOKING AND NO CANDLES (including in the Patio)
*PETS less than 20 lbs ONLY are allowed, for a fee.
*BED/Mattresses are provided for only 4 ppl.
*With the number of beds/mattresses provided, only up to 4 people are allowed to occupy the unit; extra guest will be charged a fee.
*The property has a high standard for security. All names of the party have to be sent to the property management for a hassle-free entrance and access of the property.
