Comfortable rooms

I've stayed here several times over the years. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with different options from day to day. It's a short 5min walk to SM mega mall.

Great hotel, city centre. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. Staff are very attentive, helpful and polite. Shoutout to Rachel at the front desk, she made our trip so easy, assisted us with grab ride to our destination. The hotel also has starbucks inside, very convenient to a coffee drinker like me. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

A great property value in Ortigas Center. Many resto an easy walk, the Podim and Mega Mall complexes especially. Shopping right there as well. Breakfast was good with a nice view. Nice city views from the room. Good service and security too.

Staff members are very courteous and always smiling. Breakfast is very good - buffet. Generally it's clean. They clean the room everyday as requested. There's always bottled water in the rooom as complimentary amenity. Internet has average speed. Towels are old and they need to buy new ones.

Air conditioner was too strong and cold. Better to have more adjustable temperature range for Japanese like me. Bathroom wasn’t bad, but adjusting shower temperature to my favorite wasn’t easy. I hope that bathroom has big bottles shampoo and shower gel. Provided gel container was so tiny. Overall staff service was good. They were friendly to us. Thank you.

I booked for 1 room superior for me and my wife but on August 22 I review my booking printout and noticed Adult 1 I tried to modify to 2 but the system doesn’t complete my modification….with message something is wrong on your end try again later. I tried to call your 800 number no luck, I called Wynwood no luck also. I sent email which I didn’t received any reply too until now. I emailed support services for review and reconsideration because they charge me extra for 1 person per day. Therefore, my 4 days stay vacation I’m so disappointed they did not listen to my explanation. I’ve been your customer since 2013 that’s why my frustration on small error is unforgettable. Looking forward for your review and reconsideration. Thank you.

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming from the security guards at the entrance to the housekeeping staff. The daily breakfast had very nice options. The Podium and SM Megamall are less than 10 minutes of walking distance away. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a deluxe king room in September 2025. Absolutely amazing service!! Very friendly, always helpful, super nice, ver accommodating. 5/5!!! Probably 6/5! Bed was very comfortable. Fresh slippers, robes, linens, and bottled water every day. 5/5 The "fridge" was just a chiller, not a true refrigerator. The TV had very limited movie options. For the best room type in the hotel, tjis was surprising amd disappointing. 2/5 Walking distance to SM Mega mall, but traffic can be very slow. A 7-11 is just half a block away. 4/5 Very clean rooms, halls, public areas. 5/5 The food in the Starbucks lobby was mediocre at best. 3/5. We didnt try the drinks. The free breakfast buffet in the 3rd-floor Cafe offered a wide variety every day. However, sometimes the food was stale, or room temperature, or not tasty. Had to ask for food to be reheated several times. 2.5/5 The after-breakfast menu was ok, but the food was also not impressive. 3/5 Would i stay there again? Absolutely. Would i eat in the cafe after breakfast? No.
