Cool weekend stay
Hotel is like in the middle of industrial part of Mannheim so on Saturday evening was quite, lot of parking spaces, we booked one queen bed, two twins were prepared for us but the receptionist was able to change that fast, room very clean, breakfast ok, but only ok, I didn’t see anybody to fill up or clean up, Sunday short of stuff? 10 min drive to RheinNecker Shopping center

Stayed here with 4 friends and it was very spacious room! It was a bit out of City center but the taxi there is about 12euros

Best Western Plaza
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is very nice. The breakfast room and lobby were a bit chilly. But the staff made up for this.

Mann muss noch extra obwohl man dort als Gast übernachtet noch Parkplatz extra zahlen . Finde ich nicht so toll , wenn man da schon übernachtet sollte das Parkplatz umsonst sein !!

Sehr freundliches Personal! Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe . Zwei Kaffeemaschine . Erste Maschine Zettel darauf Defekt . Zweite Maschine auch defekt . Somit hatten wir zum Frühstück keinen Kaffee. Bar geschlossen. Aber das Personal meinte wir können uns Getränke vom Automat ziehen . Sehr schön . Automat defekt . 😲 Kein Personal mehr da . Klar die brauchen auch mal etwas Auszeit. Bin viel Reisender , für diesen Preis sind wir andere Hotels gewöhnt

Der var langt til byen og så manglede flere små fornødenheder for at få højere karakter, som F.eks balsam, låsen til badeværelse virkede ikke. Det ødelagde ikke været ophold og det var overordnet fint.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel
Hotel war super gepflegt von innen. Außen lässt der Schein etwas anderes zu, aber Zimmer sind wirklich top. Empfang sehr freundlich, Frühstück 1a und auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Hotel hat auch eigene kleine Bar und Pizzen. Hier als Verbesserung, wären ein paar Gin-Tonic eine super Geschichte.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die digitale Übermittlung der Gästedaten ist sehr komfortabel, um das lästige Zettelausfüllen vor Ort zu vermeiden. Komme definitiv wieder, alles in allem ein tolles Hotel! :-)

Es war sehr sehr sauber und alles tip top. Es war irritiert, dass ab 23:30 Uhr keiner an der Rezeption war, weil wir spät abends erst einchecken konnten.

Easy parking - Industrial area
The good: - Easy check in and out - Easy to park - Comfortable large bed Areas for improvement/Cons: - Area in quiet industrial part of town, no restaurants nearby which is a shame since hotel has no restaurant. They allow you to order food for delivery though - Parking could be included considering this is not a central area of town Overall a good stay

Unfortunately, our hotel isn't located in the citz centre, but there are available daily transportations until city centre und additionally, there are various restaurants and fast-foods near the hotel area.
